Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

It would be great if use OLED display instead 7seg and show the output sinewave :D

i am planning to do that, ive just ordered one oled display for 4$ but im wwaiting order 1 month :(

worked version of 1,5kW converter mentioned in message 399.

current consumption without any load and with all three channel in work is around 2,6A.
home freezer work good with it.

circuits with some other optocouplers:

31Watt of no-load losses! somewhere there is cross-conduction...

around 1A/one UPS transformer - not so big. of course it is possible to make much better transformer but cost of transformer + pack of power mosfets from old UPS is 1 USD.

i think with this UPS transformers it is quite well to implement 400Hz for light load, 200Hz for medium and 100 for heavy load.

firmware version with full time switched on all DCDC channels worked with 100Hz frequency.

Hello,
How you generated PWM with feed back
and which transformer was used here?

Hello.
How you generated PWM with feed back
feedback from current transformer used for dc_dc control - for switching channels and its frequency. for SPWM adjusting used only 310VDC measurement.
which transformer was used here
i take this current transformer (FALCO 460_0008_2) from old UPS, but it is not a problem to make it from any small 220VAC 50-60Hz transformer with steel core inside.

Hello I have also designed little bit the inverter circuit which use SG3524 the PID was designed by some scientist and i have made rest it was working fine the feed back was taken voltage divider and feed back to it circuit again.
I dont understand how you control the PWM duty cycle?

how you control the PWM duty cycle
DC_DC duty cycle not controlled by feedback and always stay near maximum value. SPWM duty cycle is in stright depends from voltage at 310VDC rail.

OK anyway i like the layout and design because it is not so easy as you have done it.
good

another one tiny13 version

Dear All,
I just assembled in the diagram above, but it did not work. I just replaced IR2304 by IR2103, of course, have changed the order of IC pins. I have made a mistake anywhere? Please help me!

Thank you for concern and help!
In accordance with the above diagram, the voltage of the IR2103 Hin Lin and specific difference is Lin = 12Vpp; Hin = 5Vpp. So I changed back as this diagram
based on ATtiny13 project DCDC_12_350
Of course remains the same code. Results Lin = Hin = 5Vpp. But the circuit did not work.
Before mounting on the circuit I've simulated Proteus software for better results.
Here are some pictures I have taken.

ok i'm understand - ir2103 has out of phase LIN, ir2304 LIN/HIN in phase.

modified circuit for ir2103

but as i remember this circuit is not tested in hardware.

Dear DeepOne
Thank you very much!
The most important thing for me now is that I have come to understand Hin & Lin, Hout & L out, Hin / Lin ... The fact IR2103 is not suitable for this circuit, so I had to pause the project to import components do right back to the original design. A few more days I would have done the circuit and subsequent reports.
I want to do the simple diagrams first and then will do more complex diagrams.
I would like to receive help in the future.
Good wishes.

How to calculate voltage and current
sorry, Ritesh Kakkar, but i think this is question for "Elementary Electronic Questions" threads.

The fact IR2103 is not suitable for this circuit
ir2103 is suitable for modified circuit from message #415, but i am not able to check that in hardware since i have no ir2103 microcircuit.

I modified assembled at post # 415 diagrams. But I do not understand why it does not work, further 1 in 4 mosfet is very hot, so do not be enough time to measurement parameters. I changed the position of the two drivers, but the result does not change.
I will proceed to find the causes of incidents and revised PCB to mount the original scheme IR2109 is available in my driver is IR2184.
If the original scheme was tested IR2109, I believe IR2184 hardware will be used. I hope to not have mistakes, I will report back on the implementation process.

modified diagrams for tiny13 inverter, and new firmware for this (not tested in hardware)

One of mosfet heat and faulty. I was replaced and did not heat. Check the diagram at # 415 with the firmware V.1 working circuit but soon turned off (see the video at this link) : https://youtu.be/_FPxbiKEdjY. Good light and fan rotation. I have not found a way to measure the parameters. If the fix to not be turned off, the circuit very well.
Next, I loaded firmware V.2 and driver IR2103 at # 420, the results of work but the circuit has a very low voltage, but not disabled. Red lights and fans can not go. (Watch the video at this link) : https://youtu.be/nwDzLhZuiX4.
Please help me! thanks so much.
