kak111 has given a detailed analysis of all analog PLC in- and output in post #77. Which signal assignment is still unclear?
More generally, I don't understand which point you're up to. There should be no doubt that a potentiometer usually connects to analog inputs of PLC and VFD speed setpoint terminals to analog outputs? It's also obvious, that the motor control function in your machine is performed by the PLC.
EM235 has only one analog output with voltage output terminals M0/V0 and four analog inputs A - D. EM232 has two analog outputs with terminals M0, V0, M1, V1.what M0, V0, M1 & V1 in the EM 235 (E1) Module ?
