Unknown inductor and smps transformer

Hi good day everyone I have an inquiry about what type of inductor and smps transformer it is from the two pictures. I think the smps transformer is slot type not sure. The inductor is radial that's half inch thick or almost .5 inch and the smps transformer is beige with layers here are the pictures. For replacement because of dust.

"replacement because of dust"? brush it clean of blow the dust away with compressed air, they are not damaged.

The inductor is a standard Ferrite cored one, you would need to measure its inductance to find a replacement but the chances of it being faulty are almost zero.
If you mean the 'transformer on the right in the second picture, it looks like a transformer but it is actually a filter choke to reduce radiated interference down the power cord (black and white wires). Again, failure is extremely unlikely, I don't think I have ever seen a faulty one. Look on the web sites of TDK and Murata, they are the main manufacturers of these devices.

I couldn't find the inductance of the inductor the one that's marked L5001 but I know it has more than 17 turns and the transformer on the left I think it's a slot type smps transformer but I need to be sure. The filter choke on the right I already found the replacement
 
I still need to identify the inductor and if the transformer I have is smps slot type the receiver still won't turn on after removing dust.
 
Inductors are very rarely the cause of SMPS failure. Most problems are due to electrolytic capacitors dropping in value, particularly smaller ones in the input stages.
I think you are looking for a fault in the wrong place.

I just learned that "slot type" transformer is another word for a transformer with multi-section coil former, doubt that it's a commonly understood technical term.

Anyhow, does the info help you to find a replacement for an unknown custom made transformer?

No also the capacitors and resistors did not overheat but I still need to identify these two components for replacement. The transformer feels really hot and the inductor looks burnt. Here are more details on its looks.

Even if the inductor was replaced by a shorting link it wouldn't stop the power supply working so it would be very low on my list of things to check. It isn't impossible the transformer is faulty but they are extremely reliable and damage would be obvious. I still think you are looking in the wrong place.
I would start by replacing the small brown electrolytic capacitor, the one beside the big 330uF one. It is probably part of the start-up circuit.

I just replaced the capacitor but even then I also need to replace the inductor because of its burnt sides and still need to know which type of ferrite core inductor to use for replacement. The wires on the transformer have missing slot inserts and I still can't identify this component.
