Transistor tester schematic IC

I am interested in the Elektor Smart Transistor Tester.
Can I know where to get a the source code for the PIC? Because I cannot find any PIC code as you mentioned. Is the schematic works? I need to know for refering for my final year project.

Transistor testing very simple, it's not need a IC to test it. You can measure by VOM or DMM

The semiconductor analyser sca2005 programmed with soft "SCA2005-V10-1.HEX" can measure transistors,jfet,mosfet and diodes ; but it can't identify scr (like triac, thyristor and ujt) and darlington and transistor-with-diode .
I ask if there is a new soft ( hex file ) for 16f876 .

- Automatische Ermittlung und Anzeige der Pins des zu testenden Bauteils
- Erkennung und Anzeige von Schutzdioden bei Transistoren und MOSFETs
- Ermittlung des Verstärkungsfaktors bei Transistoren
- Anzeige der Werte auf einem Text-LCD (2*16 Zeichen)
- Ein-Knopf-Bedienung; automatische Abschaltung
- Messung des Verstärkungsfaktors bei Bipolartransistoren
- Messung der Gate-Schwellspannung bei Anreicherungs-MOSFETs

Ich habe dieses gerät vor so 3 Monaten gebaut. Seitdem konnte es mir schon oft gute Dienste bei der Reparatur von Schaltungen leisten!
