Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi DeepOne
Thanks for the correction. I will Try to find some good ultra-fast diodes.
In simulation I Saw that The burst of pulses for each half cycle are of the same width as opposed to be of the different width in a sine wave.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

pls how do you rewind a ferrite transformer.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

What is the transformer about which you speak ?

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

it for dc-dc converter 12volt : 350vdv.i av the E core already.but i dont knw hw to wind it

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Another version. Not tested in hardware.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi DeepOne
Good to see sinewave with feedback voltage correction. But one thing that confused me are the leds across the capacitors in the driver path. BTW where did you pick this circuit from where all the details can be found.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

LED and 4.7uF capacitor produce -2V below 0V for better switching off FET.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Greetings Naseerak, ALERTLINKS.
After correction of the error in program (in WDT initialization) this scheme has somewhat to work, but it is necessary else to understand some other problems.

Yes, as may be seen in picture from fet gate, located below.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi
I would like to see the thing tested in hardware as i am not able to do it my self because of workload and 23HRS power cuts in Pakistan particularly in my village where i am living. i traced this scheme to the website given by the DeepOne in the first page but fail to understand it as it was in Russian and I could nt register my self to that site from translated page. DeepOne will be of much help here in translating that site in English. actually I want to know the range of the feedback correction.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

sinewave with feedback voltage correction.
in this construction it is provided only +310V stabilization and nothing else. In principle possible do MCU waveform correction but this only after all other.
website given .. in the first page
I has not found that, please explain about this site location.
23HRS power cuts
But then more time for sleep )

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi
where are the connection to the 7-Segment as the wires are not labelled on the controller side.
regards.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi, Naseerak.
Connection for 7-seg display is redefined in .c file as "#define A PORTC.2 #define B PORTC.3, etc." strings.

Another version, but this suits only for electro engines. DC AC inverter passed two hours work with 40W water pump.

Apropos, similar project - 220V AC>>120V AC converter for hand tools.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

what is the use of viper12 here

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

This is DC DC step dn auxiliary psu for feeding ir2153.

But possible better do such converter on the base of high frequency PWM transformerless inverter with sine waveform output. Without any Viper and IR.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi
In the application note they are doing it with simple resistor, cap and diode.

Dear DeepOne can u give me Ur Skype or other messenger contact.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

yes, possible do this if there is any place where is diffuse a 5 - 10W of heat power.

Sorry, i do not use any messengers.

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Hi
with a 5 - 10W resistor

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

Next version. This time is not properly checked but i think it has a good chance to work )

Re: Sinewave inverter prototype.

First test, 12V input power supply voltage, converter (push-pull topology) is connected to transformer from UPS.
Incandescent lamp 50W (under 220V AC) is used as load.

As i see using LC filters before transformer brings distortion in wave form.
