i think before razavi book you should go through allen and hollberg.

Added after 4 minutes:

before going in circuit analysis, you must know few basic things thoughroly.current mirrors, bandgap, opamp, current source and sinks etc which you may get from allen and hollberg

read the complete verilog book by vivek sagdo sun micro systems in that chapter 19 explains verilog-a and verilog ms..

read this .....

before going through allen hollberg and razavi, you must clear all the basics of semiconductor devices.

All these books will help. Try to get on a university web site where they offer electrical engineering courses. See what they offer in the first 2-3 years and try to read some of those things to get familiar with the basics. After that the sky is the limit. Simulations, layout and more advanced topics..it will take some time if you really want to have solid knowledge. it's an ongoing process

i suggest u to read Gray & Meyer. it's better than razavi

lee baker boyce is also a nice book to start analog

I think Gray & Meyer covers more fundamental concepts in analog design, such as frequency domain analysis, feedback, etc. while Razavi covers more fields of analog design. I like the Gray & Meyer more.

Read books, and try to design real circuit, not just bothering with the problem after each chapter

Learn by practice, try to design simple projects, when u have a problem that u can't figure out , post a question here ...

You can read the book:CMOS analog circuit design.
analysis and design of analog Integrated circuit.
