Also; you means at fullscale input=10V & Output puls scale is 10V/div?
No, sorry I dont no yet, but I think, that for your counter is a changing not relevant. What about min to max. duties pls?
Otherwise the simplest way is to have garanted 50% of duty if you apply a D-FF connected as divide by two circuit:)!

how do I connect the flip-flop as divide by 2 cct? and how do I use it or integrate it to my current circuit?

I am not gonna be on this project anymore... going back home today to South-Africa... I was in Germany for an exchange student program to gain some practical experience... would just like to give them your idea also for the duty cycle... thanks for all your help... appreciated it lots...
