or the electronice parameters how ever
the supply papameters are electricval and
the internel characteristics of is are giver in ic data sheet it also include the vsat ic vcc beeta power
etc

u can find that using the datasheet of the component producers or have some programs that store this parameters into database like ECA or sometimes use databooks to findout those parameters
