[SOLVED] Heat Sink Design

I have designed a heat sink.

The dimensions are shown in attachment. I am bit concerned with the 1.5 mm.
Is that possible to manufacture ?

These days, it's very likely that Wakefield has step files. If they are not freely offered on web site, you can kindly ask them.

"Extruding" the 2D footprint from datasheet in a 3D tool should give an acceptable 3D model, b.t.w.

Thanks. I made it in Solid Edge.
 

Sorry for coming again. But I don't find the 3D step model file for the given heat sink from Wakefield Thermal website. Kindly let me know if there is any other way to get the step file <link to external web site removed by moderator>. Thanks in advance.

Yes, there are two ways to get the step file.
Either write an email to Wakefield Thermal, asking for the step file. Or create the step file yourself.
