Hello, I am trying to create a footprint of 0402 component shown below.
In the datasheet its not clear what footrping dimentions to use. There are two tables and the substrate is being bended, so It unclear.
Where can i see teh reccomended footprint for this component?
Thanks.

Hello FVM,they say something about substrate bending .
So I am not sure if it’s the right situation because I am not going to bend my PCB.
Thanks.

Right side: "Except for substrate bending test"...
You find more general footprint dimension suggestions for all capacitors size at page 26. What's your layout tool? Most recent tools, e.g. Altium Designer are coming with IPC compatible libraries for general purpose components, you don't need to study datasheet footprints when using it.

Hello FVM, I am using ALTIUM I did imported components.
Its for checking the footprints.
Where In altium I can find general purpose component of 0805 0402?
Thanks.

Murata tells you the correct orientation for rectangular panelized boards that bend when separating.

The pads are typically shown for reflow ovens . Wave solder tends to use different pads due to the flow of liquid solder to prevent shorts, opens and tombstone. Hand soldering pads depends on your skill and tools.

You did not specify your soldering method.
