ADS RFPro : Simulation results can not be reused

When I use ADS's RFPro to simulate and solve,
it shows that an error has occurred in the FEM state machine.
I would like to ask what the reason is. Is it because my computer does not have enough memory?

Try to monitor memory usage during the simulation. If your system is low on memory. You can Reduce the complexity of your model. Simulating a lower frequency or with fewer points.
