Why H bridge will not work?

I presume, you can determine by measurements why your circuit isn't working, but unfortunately I can't from a distance.
 

you can be getting high output all the time,you should check your driver ic's very well and make sure your vb of the ic is connected...

My h bridge is working fine.I have used LR filter to produce sine wave but its not a true sine wave.Now i m switching to IGBT as i used mosfet first to check my circuits.
