hi there are multiple tools it al depends on the user...
if u have not worked on any tool till now...
i would suggest u can start with P-CAD which very good...
and to name u have Zuken cadstar, Pads,Allegro,Orcad

Power PCB from Mentor Graphic is best choice !

Kindly let me know, PowerPCB is only a PCB suite or have also the schematic editor inside?

PowerPCB and PADS are different things or just PowerPCB is a subset of PADS?
