where to buy IC AD9020JZ in Germany?

I am looking for AD9020JZ IC. Couldn't find it in local electronic stores. A friend of mine travelling to Germany in a few days. Anyone knows where she can find this IC in Germany? :???:
 

It's an obsolete part according to Analog Devices, now at least available from Rochester Electronics - Home You won't get it from any regular distributor. Unless you need the part for replacement purposes, you should look for a recent device.
 
Yes I need it to repair a channel board which has two of these chips. Anyone knows an alternative for replacement?

I fear, the chances are bad. High speed ADC have changed to single supply, differential input since many years. AD9020 technology is definitely legacy. To replace a larger number of these devices, I would think of designing a small SMD adapter board with AD9020 form factor, using a recent ADC and input amplifier for level conversion. But as long as AD9020 is still available from surplus stock, using the original device is most likely the cheaper variant.
