Where should I start learning CMOS?

When i initially started off, i realised tht having a fundamental understanding of digital electronics and digital logic is very essential in all VLSI work which is reqd for IC design. For digital, I recommend John Wakerly. Its a good book. You could then move on to Baker and Boyce - CMOS . ( I aint sure of the title , It has 2 volumes). There are other good books like Neil Weste but one book tht springs to mind is JAN RABAEY - Digital Integrated Circuits - One of the best books i hv ever seen.
Also, I would recommend u to have a guide who will be able to clear all ur doubts, especially in the inital stages where I am sure u wil have a lot of them
