Where is IMEI stored on a BCM2121?

I have question about BCM2121:

BCM2121 Is single chip gsm chip with ARM7 core microprocessor that used in handspring smart phone Treo600 Could anyone know where IMEI number stored by BCM2121.
Or any one have a complete data sheet of BCM2121?

BCM2121 datasheet can't be downloaded in Broadcom. I want to know the AT command set too. Anyone can post it? Thx!
