Where are the synthesis results stored in various tools?

Synthesis using DC
STA-using prime time
DFT- Mentor graphics CFT Advisor
PNR- Nano route
DRC and LVS Cadence Assura,Virtosuo

its nothing by step step process

for this under what extension r these files stored.

dear friend i dunno abt others but for

synthesis-synopsysDC and STA-PT we normally go for

.db or .v or .vhdl

.tlf for Silcon ensemble which is place and route tool..
.drc and .cls for ver and assura respectively..

i think PT stores result in sdc format (standard delay format)
