Multisim 2001
I started with EWB from way back. It was a very primitive tool. It cost less than $500. The Multisim 2001 has come along way. Every program has its features. Orcad with all the bells and whistles is very expensive. Multisim 2001 is great for analog. Digital is not the greatest. For more complicated circuits I would use Orcad. Right now I am evaluted the demo of Proteus. It is very impressive. However with all good things there are add ons. This brings the cost up again. As far as I concerned it depends on the complexity of the project and whatever you feel at ease using. My
2 cents.
