I assume by most advanced, the smallest geometry is inferred.

But then, 90nm and 130nm are old technologies. There are commercial products in 45nm technology. And 32nm (and below) demos have been demonstrated already.

I know, I just think that is what the question was about.
 

i mean like(strained silicon) (triple gate mos) finfet) ....etc
