i'm new on VHDL and i have a task that make text scrolling using vhdl code and interface it either on Zedboard...

ANY information would be a start. You haven’t even said WHAT display you are using.

This task seems like a question so open-ended that someone would have to write a book discussing every possibility. I imagine there are already articles on the internet covering the basics.

This task really needs basic familiarity of the programming language in order to progress at all.

1) The zedboard does not have an LCD display.
2) It has an OLED display.
