Using Encounter for multi-corner driven PnR, where to get tech file of char'ed RC?

Hi, in the case of multi-corner driven PnR, RC at different PVT/Corners has the different value which asks tool to cover.

However, where to get such tech file including characterized RC value at different PVT/Corners? Furthermore, can Encounter import this "tech file" in place?

The corner definitions can be given in the .lib library file. It can be compiled using Encounter Library Characterizer. (If you cant obtain it from your fab)

Got it with thanks, but I mainly mean "RC corner" rather than "PVT corner"

the RC corner is the table, for worst/typical/best resistance/cap, contain in captable for encounter tool.
in MMMC, you mix, PVT with RC and different SDC constraint (to define more accurate clock frequency for example)
