usb-asp with atmega 32

I am using atmega 32 for making usb-asp(circuit is given in the attachment) but it is not working properly.I have the usb driver of extreme burner..But it is showing that "the device is not recognised"..So please help me out from these and if you have any circuit regarding these please send me....my mail id is s4snehasishb@gmail.com
