Tips for analog circuit design

Hiiii, We are doing a project on implementing neuromorphic circuit with a base paper. the circuits are present in the paper now how should we start to implement . how should an analog designer think

The ieee link shows rotating disks yet loads endlessly. It's just as well because IEEE policy has requested that IEEE documents be available only to subscribers.

Your attachment however appears different and is under the logo of PES university. Its topic touches on AI. Perhaps you can build individual circuits displayed. No doubt you'll have to have to build many duplicates, and get them to cooperate (however that works) to make a neuromorphic circuit.
