synchronise two PWM signal between two MCU with différent ground level

I have worked with power electronics many years, and even developed an UPS based on PWM control.
( translade it from portuguese to english : Redirect )

I never noticed some requirement like yours.
That´s the reason we are asking you more details about target application.
