Hi,

I'm trying to simulate strain on an interdigitated capacitor by stretching it along its longitudinal axis, and compressing by 1/4 of the strain on other axes. The trouble I'm having comes from the fact that I can't find a simple way to do this and have had to edit each piece of the capacitor to change size and position (because the piece touching will be overlapping since they are larger unless I change its position definition by the amount of change in the neighbor) with variables but i'm not convinced what I've done is right.

Is there an easy way to simply stretch an object (comprised of several united objects) in HFSS?

Thanks for the help.
