sentaurus preprocess error

I got some error in sentaurus workbench that some parameters are undefined although I define them on sentaurus workbench and use them with the same names in structure file .can any one help on that




ERROR:mad:L@: undefined variable 'L' at node n16
WARNING: Undefined value for reference L
Occured in line:
(define Xcha1 (@L@ / 2)
ERROR:mad:tsili@: undefined variable 'tsili' at node n17
WARNING: Undefined value for reference tsili
Occured in line:
(define Ycha1 ( (Ybox / 2)+ @tsili@))
