Hello,

I am working on simulating solar cells in TCAD Sentaurus. I would like to illuminate my solar cells from both the top and the bottom simultaneously, which requires two excitation windows in SDevice. As I understand, Sentaurus is capable of handling multiple excitation windows, however, I have not been able to figure out how to get these excitation windows to point in opposite directions (i.e. simulating light coming from above the cell, and light coming from below the cell).

Does anyone have any idea on how to get your excitation windows to point in different directions from one another?

Thank you in advance for any ideas you might have!
