Scatter plot of montecarlo simualtion results

Hi


When I plot the montecarlo simulation result using scatter plot three parameter are shown on the figure (r, m and b)


Can anyone tell me what are these parameters? ( I have attaced the scatter plot results)

I am Using Cadence tool. The simulator used for statistical analysis is Spectre ( The version is 7.1.1.140)
