i don't know what u are saying because configuration is the most important to config any device so post your latest code and simulation file bro!

If 5V is ADC input and 10 bit ADC then you get 1023 on LCD if TAD is configured properly. For 5V all the 10 LEDs should light up.

Fixed code attached. result was a 8 bit variable. Changed it to 16 bit.
