[SOLVED] reason of reverse current in circuit

thanks Klaus, Brian and FvM for your continuous help and support on solving my problem for the past three days. after changing my connection as per Brian's last message, it seems my circuit is working properly. I now see leds turn on based on movements. so here is my updated circuit and schematic.
i am marking this thread solved now.
