[SOLVED] Question regarding Transformers and there output voltage???

The 17V comes from your made power supply. The 15V comes from a lab power supply unit. Right?

It's possible your power supply output is noisy. So, add more filtering. Place a small 10uF filter capacitor in parallel with a 0.1uF decoupling capacitor close to the TDA2050. Add a 2200uF bulk filtering capacitor in parallel with the existing 4700uF capacitor.

Thanks Tahmid i had tried all this except the 4700uf and 2200uf in parallel (will do this)
But nothing works for me..

and the DC Supply (External) i am using is also producing the same effect when supply voltage increases the 15V.

There's one question you haven't answered yet.

Is the annoying noise produced at all volume settings even at low volume? Just adjust the volume in your phone's music player (or radio or whatever you're using) from low to medium to high and check if the noise is present at all volumes.

Okay i will se that..

I haven't seen this on oscilloscope...
I will report regarding this.
After seeing the changes by varying the pot on oscilloscope.

Hello arunsharma0731,

can you send a screenshot of the oscilloscope, so that we can see what distortion you have.

Maybe then is helping possible.

Rainer
