PTT algorithm using ECG and PPG to find BLOOD PRESSURE

hi i'm new here I wanna build noninvasive bp monitor device.As per i research i hve come to know that through the combination of ECG and PPG we can caluclate PULSE TRANSIT TIME and there by PWV whch is corelated with BP. i have already designed ppg circuit and nw working on ecg. can anyone help me how to process these analog signals to find PTT USING SIGNAL PROCESSING . is there any suggestion/opinion/advise or design for this to help me further?? thanks.

Use RED LED, IR LED, Photo-transistor or photo-diode and opamp with nano amperes of input bias current.

Because current obtained from the photo-diode or photo-transistor will range in micro amperes.
