Problem with Pic18f97j60

If it works properly, then it would glow RED LED and it will detect cards. But now its not detecting cards. Whenever it detects a card a beep will be heard. That is not heard now. This is how i say my reader is hanging..
 

Code worked properly.. It was some hardware problem. And thanks a lot for all ur answers. i learnt a lot through this forum.
