Thanks for your help. the hardware is working fine ,the problem was with the pic.

how to store the last values of the led's to internal ram??
i don't know how to use internal ram can you please give one example to do this

Read mikroC Help file EEPROM library section. Create a eeprom data file (.ihex file).
