PIC to Pic communication Through RF module

Hi,
I have transmitted the temperature value through UART using XBee S1. Now I want to transmit the Wind speed through UART. Can I transmit wind speed and temperature at the same time from the same microcontroller which is pic16F877A because transmitter pin is only one which is pin 25.how to arrange these two quantities. waiting for your reply. Thanks.

You can send both the Temperature and wind speed through Tx Line what you do basically is make a condition for sending either temperature sensor or wind speed,
or send them sequentially
like first send the Temperature's value and then after a small delay send wind speed,
