PCB shelf life control for different surface finishes

HASL/ HASL Lead free 12months
ENIG 12months
Immersion Tin 6 months
Immersion Silver 6 months
OSP 6 months

The storage conditions without unpacking vacuum package:
preferred conditions,
Temp <=25 degree, RH<=55%

acceptable conditions,
Temp <=30 degree, RH<=65%
