Basically SKILL is used for Layout manipulation. For simulation using Analog artist u can use OCEAN script

Hi,

Cadence documentaion is also avalible in .pdf files in cadence instalation directory. Every instaled packet has directory "doc" (without quation marks) inside it you can find subdirectories with manuals to each instaled tool
