Hello forums,
I am a beginner in the field of Analog Neural Networks and thus seeking some guidance regarding it:

  • There are a lot of research journals/thesis available online for the same, however, i couldn't find any single document/book summarizing all the different aspects, so if you can point me towards any reference from where i can start with, that would be very helpful.
  • I have some good experience on VLSI and analog circuit designing and fortunately have access to IC fabrication facilities. I'm aiming to implement a very basic neural network using hybrid(analog + digital) VLSI techniques in one year of time span(as my final year btech project). I need some opinions from someone currently active in this field of engineering regarding the practicality of idea and what all different options do i have.

Rephrasing my words: Being an expert, what guidance/advise would you like to give to someone who want to excel in this field of engineering.

Thanks in advance.

Gert Cauwenbergh's wrote a book in the early aughts I believe called "Learning on Silicon." You should be able to find it at your local university library.
