Need help to remove autorun.inf file from the memory card

autorun.inf

there is an autorun.inf file in my mobile memory card i cant remove yet .when i formatted it via pc , it would go but it would come again when i reconnect to pc
how can i remove it permanently

autorun.inf

It appears some software running at background is creating autorun.inf, possibly those image/music file indexing software.

Unless you identify and switch it off, autorun.inf will keep reappearing.

since it comes again when you connect to pc ,
it is clearly the virus triggering file.

use a different pc(known good one) to format and reconnect .
and observe.

Hi,
for this problem you create new folder and rename it auto run.exe.now your memory card is OK.

ejeesh, you have to disinfect your PC and memory card first. Please connect your memory card to PC and run combofix to remove trojan horses. next download and run Flash Disinfector to immunize your PC and memory card. Both programs you can find via Google.

go to :- Start :->Run:->Type Cmd Press Enter
go to the infected drive
Ex:- F:
type "attrib" command then press enter
f:\> attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf press enter
f:\> del autorun.inf enter
