Have you ckecked your transformer's working condition? Is it saturating ?
What does the voltage waveform at TP2 looks like?

I replaced the 10VDC output diode (US1M) with a 1N5819HW. And now, no heat, everything is OK!
I think this diode emit to much heat and turn the working condition worse and worse and then overload. Anyway, thank you all.
 

I´ve got same problem and after increasing the inductance value a another person told, solve the proble. Try to use PIXIS !!!!

Pls let me know if U solve the problem.
