[Moved]: voltage shiftier with conditional purpose

Hello
I need a voltage shifter like this below, 0:0.3 is logic 0 - 0.3:0.6 is logic 1- 0.6:0.9 is logic 2, you can see that need a gate in Hspice to filter or constant the voltage above 0.6v at the output, at first I want to do this by opamp but I couldn't, please someone help me in this:sad:

If you're talking about analog IC design, isn't it the job for ADC circuit?

You won't necessarily use an ADC to distinguish three voltage levels respectively implement just 2 thresholds. Two comparators should be fine. Additional logic depending on the intended result representation.
