[Moved] problem in burning code in arm lpc2129 board

i am having some clarifications regarding bootloaders in the arm controller.is there any problem with bootloaders in lpc2129 .can i check the proper working of bootloaders with any tools ?

2) i need to know whether my lpc2129 breaked or not ?can i check that ?
