mosfet driver for boost converter

Hello, i need to know how to use irf2104 mosfet driver as low side mosfet driver as in case of 'boost converter ' and how to operate this driver .
does it need external supply to be connected to 'Vcc' ? and the value of 'Vcc' needed to operate this driver.
