I dont understand here cos i see RS-232 port will this be used to connect to Nokia 6210 or to a pc help me please.

can anybody help me...
i have a nokia 3310 and a PIC16F877A microcontroller but I don't know how to interface them. i want to build an alarm that can notify through text if it detects something, i'm using PIR re200b motion sensor.
Please can anybody provide me a schematic diagram and source code.
