My matching is getting shifted towards left when i converted my circuit from ideal transmission line to microstrip line.
I tried optimizing but my matching didn't get restored.
Any idea, how to resolve this issue?

You didn't show what you exactly did. In case of doubt, electric length and/or charateristic impedance are different.

Discontinuities! When you generate a design with microstrip elements you typically need to add discontinuities, TEEs and CROSSes, to create the appropriate layout for simulation in schematic view, or for EM later. When using ideal elements there are no such equivalent components. There will be differences and the challenge is evaluating these differences.

Plus, as FvM states you have not shown what you did.
