Friend I am sorry, I just checked but the schematic dont match the processor as well other peripheral. the schematic supports tuiron family. mine is Athlon 2X

And to Athlon and tuiron are not compatible with each other. pls correct me.

check dc socket i thing their is shorting verious time . if you found short on dc input socket then cut +ve pin from socket and solder one thin wire on socket + pin and on pcb you remove +ve ceramic fuse and conect wire to circuite end ( actual problem is pcb short so do by pass that conecting area .) sorry i am not good writer of english i hope you understande what i want to say
