its very easy, in every RS232 integrated IC there two sets of TX and RX, see it closely in every rs232 ic, sending image for your convenience, use them in your project.

you can also done this by using relay with some delay.

yes by using appropriate delay we can catch every bit from gsm and gps modem by making any GPIO pin of mcu as tx and rx pin.
