Can anybody suggest me online resources for microcontroller architecture ?

I want to learn the working of microcontroller hardware like: how I/O system, interrupts, timers, ALU etc. works ?

where can I find circuit schematics for each and every component inside the microcontrollers in order to gain bit more understanding of hardware ?

there are many manufacturer of microcontroller in the market today. the best thing is choose a microncontroller you want to study and locate the company website and look for the datasheet
