Importing Eigenmode fields to drivenmode simulation

Hi guys,

I have an Eigenmoe simulation with fine results of Er and Hphi.
I wish to save these fields on the buttom of my structure and import them to a driven mode simulation I have for the same structure (but a different simulation).
After I do so, how can I use it to have an incedent wave instead of a waveport.
