In one of my projects IC TL274cn was used. This IC is not available in my city and also in online sites where I checked. One of the Parts Dealer referred to as TL064 which can be used instead of TL274cn. TL274cn is cmos and TL064 is jfet. And also in TL274cn "in" goes to v- whereas in TL064 "in" goes to v+. Should I go with TL064 and interchange the "in". There is also difference in minimum voltage. The circuit runs with 5V. The minimum voltage in TL274cn is 3v and in TL064 it is 7v. Can anyone tell me the equivalent of IC TL274cn and available in market.

Hi,

It depends on your circuit....
..and what "performance" you need: DC performance, AC performance, speed, low offset, low noise, low distortion....and so on.
And also in TL274cn "in" goes to v- whereas in TL064 "in" goes to v+.
This makes no sense. Where is this information from? From the datasheet?
The minimum voltage in TL274cn is 3v and in TL064 it is 7v.
SINGLE 5V? If so then TL064 is not suitable, since the datsheet recommendation says +/-5V, which is 10V.

Can anyone tell me the equivalent of IC TL274cn and available in market.
I guess there will be no 100% equivalent....
